MySchoolBucks Announces Convenience Fee Increase

Liverpool Central School District parents and guardians who use the MySchoolBucks online system to deposit money into students’ food service accounts will soon see an increase in the convenience fee charged for transactions.
Beginning December 11, the MySchoolBucks convenience fee for online payments will increase from $1.95 per payment to $2.49 per payment. This is the first time in 16 years that MySchoolBucks has increased its convenience fee. The increase is the result of an increase in card scheme fees. Parents and guardians will receive an e-mail from MySchoolBucks on November 27 explaining this increase.
The Liverpool Central School District does not receive this convenience fee and does not profit from the use of the MySchoolBucks site.
As always, parents can pay for their child(ren)’s lunch and a la carte items by prepaying with cash or check made payable to the “Liverpool Central School District.” Students also can pay for lunch and/or a la carte items at the time of purchase.
